The Theoretical Base for Advanced Nursing Practice

This course focuses on critical analyses of theory and its use for advanced nursing practice. The inter-relationship between theory, practice and research is examined along with the nature of nursing's scientific body of knowledge. Analyses are used to design theory for practice and to formulate potential research questions.
