We encourage you to search online for other scholarship opportunities from
outside the University of Michigan .
Private scholarships are posted from time to time (as available) via email
to the School of Nursing (SoN) student email groups, in the kiosk outside of
the Office of Student Affairs ("OSA" Room 1174) in the School of Nursing, and
to the bulletin board adjacent to the Undergraduate student lounge (Rm. 1188)
in the School of Nursing.
The University of Michigan Office of Financial Aid is another valuable resource
in finding financial assistance for your education. Please visit their website

If you are still in need of financial assistance, Nursing students may apply
at any time for financial assistance through the SoN OSA by completing the
online application: Financial
Assistance Form include the completed budget
worksheet.
Only typed applications will be accepted!
Applications filled out by hand or missing information will not be considered.
Please be aware that applicants for financial assistance through the OSA are
required to complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available
online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov before
being considered for financial assistance through the OSA.
Upon receipt of the completed OSA Financial Assistance application, a meeting
will be arranged for the applicant with Cathy Newton of the OSA to discuss
funding possibilities.
