online there are advantages both to the student and the processing
staff.
Print PDF Version of the Application You may also download the application and print out a paper application. (Printed application needs to be completed by hand or typewriter.)
Hard Copy Application: You can complete the School of Nursing program information request form and request a hard-copy application (complete by hand or typewriter). Or contact us at:

If you are filling out a paper version allow seven to ten days (U.S. Mail) for application materials to reach the University prior to the published deadlines.
