Making a Difference in the Community
The School of Nursing helps run two nurse managed family health centers in
the Ann-Arbor area. These community-based facilities provide families with
complete individualized holistic primary health care in a relaxed professional
setting. Our practitioners work collaboratively with physicians and other health
care providers. Our involvement through the Michigan Academic Consortium, a project that addresses the need for innovative approaches to the education of Nurse Practitioners. More about our Office for Community Partnerships
