You may apply online or by mail. Although the web application is the preferred method, all forms of application receive equal consideration in the review process. Students in the Nursing Business and Health Systems Program are expected to meet Rackham Graduate School and School of Nursing criteria for Graduate admission.

To apply to the Nursing Business & Health Systems Graduate Program online follow the instructions below.
1. Complete the online application for the University of Michigan Rackham Graduate School.

Provide the following by mail
2. Provide 3 letters of recommendation by mail

3. Provide BSN transcript by mail (contact school to provide official transcript.) If undergraduate GPA is below 3.25, please mail in your GRE scores.
4. Provide a copy of your nursing license by mail

6. Complete Personal Telephone Interview
