Marni Arnett
Senior Accountant
Marni assists with post award grant management through monitoring
and reconciling the sponsored projects. She also meets
with PIs to provide budget projections.
Eve
Bernos
Research Contract & Grant Specialist Eve provides oversight for the proposal preparation and submission
process. She creates budgets for School of Nursing faculty research
projects and grant proposals, interacts with faculty regarding
research grant submissions, advises faculty regarding their research
project spending, and assists staff with details regarding project
management.
Christine Kahan Black
Grant Writing Specialist
Chris works with faculty to plan projects and to develop the
narrative portions of grant proposals. She can assist with interdepartmental
collaboration; defining the objectives and scope of a project;
developing evaluation, implementation and management plans; structuring
budgets; and editing.
Lisa
Oblinger-Hastings
Secretary Senior Provides senior level
administrative support to
the Associate Dean for Research and the statistical consulting
team and schedules all meetings for the Associate Dean for Research.
She also arranges schedules and coordinates the visits of
faculty candidates.
Jennifer Goodhue
Grant Coordinator
Jennifer works with School of Nursing (SON) faculty in the production of
grant proposals, which includes creating computer-generated
graphics and updating biographical sketches and other support
materials. She also facilitates Human Subject applications and assists
with post grant award budget management.
Karen McIlroy
Grant Coordinator
Karen works with School of Nursing (SON) faculty in the
production of grant proposals, which includes creating
computer-generated graphics and updating biographical sketches and
other support materials. She also assists faculty
with identifying funding opportunities and IRB applications. Karen is responsible for
maintaining the Grants and Research Office (GRO) web site.
