Dear Colleagues:

In an effort to expedite the grant application process in the SON, Carol Loveland Cherry, Joanne Pohl, and I have developed the attached guidelines for your use. Faculty have had input in several forums and GRO staff has reviewed them, with the required University procedures in mind. They represent the best thinking of those closest to the proposal development process and we hope they facilitate your future endeavors. They will be available via the GRO and the SON websites. Of course, as you use them and have recommendations for improvement, we welcome further input.
