Contributions
Contributions from individual donors have enabled both North
Campus Family Health Service and Community Family Health Center
to extend services and develop new programs. For example, the
generosity of individual contributors has enabled us to offer
prescription assistance to indigent patients, and to purchase
equipment for our Outreach Clinic.
If you wish to make a tax-deductible donation to support the
work of the clinics, you may mail it directly to the attention
of Carol Zastrow, Clinic Manager at the clinic location. You will
receive an acknowledgement via return mail to use for tax purposes.
North Campus Family Health Service is part of
the Kellogg Foundation funded project: Michigan
Academic Consortium: Nurse Managed Primary Care.
