Maple Meadows Outreach Clinic
In partnership with the City of Ann Arbor and Ann Arbor Public Housing, Nurse Managed Centers offers clinical hours at the Maple Meadows Outreach Clinic at 880 S. Maple, Ann Arbor for residents of Maple Meadows Housing. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 AM - 4 PM. Please call 998-6117 for appointment. mapquest link
