Past Book Club
Selections
The Office of Multicultural Affairs has conducted book club discussions
for over 5 years. Our goal is to promote and increase cultural
awareness, sensitivity, and competency through the appreciation
and acceptance of differences in students, faculty, staff, and
the clients that we serve. The book club concept is based on critical
literacy theory. Discussions provide an open, non-threatening
forum for talking about issues of diversity.
