Libraries
The University of Michigan is home to one of the country's most sophisticated university library systems. We have one of the top ten academic research libraries in North America and possess extraordinary resources including collections that number more than six million volumes at 19 libraries across the University of Michigan campus.
Each year, 130,000 volumes are added to the collections, representing almost 2.5 miles of new material. And more than three million students, faculty, staff, and others visited the Library last year - enough to fill the Michigan Stadium 28 times.
