Saving Files for Submission to coursetools
Macintosh Users
If you are using a Macintosh and you are not saving documents in PC format
you will need to add the ".doc" extension to you documents.
Word automatically saves documents with this extension on PC's but Macintosh's do not.
All Users
You should also give the document a name that has no spaces. A typical Mac
document name is would be "Trinity Health" but for the purposes of putting
the document on the Web you should change it to something like
"Trinityhealth.doc" or "Trinity_Health," or somethings shorter. We
recommend limiting filename lengths to 8 or less characters and there
should be no spaces in the filename.
Underlines, periods and hypens are allowed in filenames
