Printers
I'm trying to print to a networked printer and it won't work.
My deskjet (or other type of non-networked inkjet printer) is printing out pages that appear very smeared.
My laserjet printer is spitting out sheets of paper that are folded up like an accordion.

Answer: Be sure you are logged into the network. You must always be logged into the network to print to a networked printer

My deskjet (or other type of non-networked inkjet printer) is printing out pages that appear very smeared.
Answer: Chances are this means you are near the end of your printer cartridge. If you have a new one around, email the sn-its team and we can install it for you.

My laserjet printer is spitting out sheets of paper that are folded up like an accordion.
Answer: This means something is wrong with one of the rollers inside the printer. The printer will need to be sent out for repair. Let the sn-its team know about the problem and we will help you send the printer to the right place.
